How does it work?
- First contact us. In most cases, you will see this listing after we've already talked.
- Then simply add the deposit variant from this listing to your cart.
- Then add the amount of charms you need to your cart.
- Check out and place your order.
- In the order note or via message, send us as many information as possible. If you have a photo, send that as well.
- We will send you a mock-up within 1-2 business days of the order.
- Once you approve the mockup, we will proceed with the production.

Base Material: Stainless Steel.
Finishing: 18k Gold or Silver Plated.
Processing Time: 10-40 Business Days Depending on the Number of Items and Complexity.
All necklaces, bracelets and anklets will also include a free chain.

- For more than 10 pieces, make sure to contact us. Your order may qualify for a wholesale discount. However, please note that if applicable, the discount will only apply to the items cost themselves, not the deposit. The deposit is for the design and extra labor time we will need to make your custom piece(s).
- For a rushed order, make sure to contact us. We may be able to prioritized your order to as fast as 5 business days for an extra $9 per charm.
