SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Timbuktu Arts. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing/Handling Time

At Timbuktu Arts, while most of our items are shipped as shown, sometimes we offer you the possibility to customize them. Items that can be customized indicate the possibility on their description.

Regular Orders

All orders not requiring customization are processed within 1 business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will notify you using an announcement banner at the top of our website.

Customized orders

Because customized orders are produced for individual demand, they may take up to 2 business days to process prior to shipping. If 3 business days have passed and your order has not shipped, simply send us a message using our instant messaging chat box available throughout our website or email us via order@timbuktuarts.com.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following tables represent our current shipping methods, their estimated delivery times and costs.

All Shipping Time frames are in business days. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days therefore may impact your delivery time depending on the carrier’s policy in your area.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may track your order by simply using our integrated tracking page at timbuktuarts.com/tracking or using the shipping carrier’s own website.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Timbuktu Arts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
